At Courage to Change in Airway Heights, Washington, we care about your loved one’s need for an effective yet compassionate rehabilitation process. We offer person-centered programs to help your family member start on their pathway of recovery from substances. We also offer services for those involved in the criminal justice system. Our services are open to:
- Chemically Dependent Individuals
- Those Involved in Child Protection Services (CPS)
- Those in Need of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Programs
- Those Seeking Recovery From Substances

Courage to Change strives to support the individual on their pathway to recovery by taking a person-centered approach. The treatment services you will receive are evidence-based practices that have shown to support individuals in developing skills that support living a life in recovery from substances.
Courage to Change provides services in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Seeking Safety, and education and support on substances that have had a negative impact on a person's lifestyle. We also assist those individuals who are in need of education to meet Washington state DUI requirements.

Our services are available to anyone who is 18 years or older and is seeking recovery from substances. Our company is conveniently located on the STA bus line. We take several Private Health Insurances, Medicaid and have a sliding scale fee if needed. For more details, you may call or visit us today.
